Understanding Our Fall Maintenance Routine
Addressing Common Questions
Hey everyone,
As the leaves start to fall and November rolls in, we know how important it is to keep your properties looking great. We’ve also noticed a common question that pops up every fall: “Why aren’t we getting a full cleanup every week?”
Let’s talk about that!
What Our Weekly Fall Maintenance Covers
During the fall season, our weekly maintenance visits focus on keeping your lawns and paved areas tidy. Safety is our top priority, which is why walkways and driveways are our main concerns — we make sure there’s no leaf buildup that might get wet and become hazardous to walk on. We blow leaves off the grass and walkways, and we do our best to keep things looking neat. However, it’s important to understand that leaves fall continuously this time of year, and not every single leaf can be picked up during a quick weekly visit.
Why Some Leaves Might End Up in the Beds
We do want to be transparent: as we’re blowing leaves off the main areas, some leaves do get blown into garden beds. That’s just part of the process, and it’s completely normal. We’re not doing a full bed-by-bed leaf removal each week—that’s part of the larger end-of-season cleanup. So if you see a few leaves in the beds, don’t worry! We’ll take care of those when we do the final thorough cleanup.
Setting Expectations
We want to make sure everyone understands what to expect so there are no surprises. Our weekly visits in November will keep your main areas clear, but you might see some leaves in the beds until we do that final comprehensive cleanup.
Thanks for understanding and for choosing us to take care of your property. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
