Rocky Point, NY

This Rocky Point, NY project focused on rebuilding and expanding the home’s rear concrete patio and connecting walkway. The original surface was removed and re-formed to create a clean, level foundation designed to improve access from the home into the backyard. Steel reinforcement was installed throughout the slab to add long-term strength and durability, and new concrete was poured with properly spaced control joints to help prevent cracking as the slab cures and settles over time.

This project involved the complete repair and restoration of brick masonry surrounding an existing window opening after a window replacement. Once the new window was properly set and sealed, our team carefully rebuilt the surrounding brickwork to restore the home’s original appearance. Damaged and removed bricks were replaced, courses were realigned, and joints were repointed to ensure a clean, uniform finish that blends seamlessly with the existing façade.

This masonry paver project in Commack focused on creating a clean, functional poolside space while solving a critical drainage challenge common to Long Island properties. The pool area was framed with precision-cut pavers, laid on a properly prepared base to ensure long-term stability and a smooth, finished look that complements the home. Careful attention was paid to grading around the pool, allowing water to naturally move away from the structure without disrupting the visual flow of the patio.

This chimney top repair addressed multiple issues caused by age, weather exposure, and failing materials at the crown and flue level. The existing chimney crown showed signs of deterioration, allowing moisture to penetrate the masonry and compromise the clay flue liners beneath. Our team carefully removed damaged sections, reset and secured the flue tiles, and rebuilt the crown with a smooth, properly sloped finish designed to shed water away from the chimney structure.

For this project, Top of the Line Landscaping constructed a stone retaining wall designed to cleanly support a two-foot drop from the yard to the street level. The wall not only stabilizes the grade but also brings a polished, architectural look to the property. Built with carefully selected stone and expert craftsmanship, the structure provides long-lasting strength while blending naturally with the surrounding landscape.
