This Northport project transformed an unfinished area beneath an existing elevated deck into a polished, functional outdoor living space. The Top of the Line Landscaping team prepared and leveled the area before installing Cambridge Ledgestone XL pavers in Toffee/Onyx Lite, finished with a contrasting Coal border. The darker border gives the patio a clean, defined edge while the natural blend of gray, charcoal and warm earth tones complements the existing deck and surrounding property.
The project also incorporated a Cambridge Sigma 6" wall, creating a finished transition along the sloped side of the property and helping define the new patio space. The before-and-after photos show the difference: what had been an uneven, largely unused area beneath the deck is now an attractive hardscape that makes much better use of the home's existing footprint.
